in which he has the full choice to choose his own doctor and pays for his own
medical expenses.
A Managed care plan is that plan in which the insured person has to bind with
some rules in which there is a full arrangement depending upon the plan. There
is list of doctors in which the insured person has to go for that doctor. There
is a Network of doctors and Hospitals in such a types of Plans.
